Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective 29 September 2026. This policy applies to appointments and services purchased from ARMONIA GYM & SPA. Services are provided at our center; no physical goods are shipped.
Payment and confirmation. The full displayed price, including VAT, is payable in advance. A booking is confirmed only after availability is verified and payment succeeds. Please book at least one hour before the appointment.
Cancellation. You may cancel at least 30 minutes before your appointment by contacting us on WhatsApp at +966 55 222 6191. We refund the full amount paid to the original payment method. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling. You may request a new time at least 15 minutes before your appointment. Changes depend on staff and room availability. If we cannot offer a suitable time, you may request a full refund.
Late arrival and missed appointments. Contact us if you are running late. We may offer the next available opening or waiting list. We do not charge a no-show fee. If you prepaid and miss the appointment, contact us to request a refund under our money-back guarantee.
If we cannot provide the booked service or requested service provider, you may choose another available appointment or receive a full refund. If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, contact us within 24 hours so we can review your concern.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. We will initiate approved refunds promptly; the time until funds appear depends on your bank or card provider.
